Ja'Malh Wallace

Currently residing in New Jersey, Ja’Malh has been a performer and artist for over seventeen years, his background includes theater, voice, dance, improvisation, and the marching arts.

As a marching arts entertainer, he performed with Onyx (World), beginning in 2008, and then returned to the group for the 2012-2016 & 2018-2022 seasons. The 2022 season marked his 11th year as a cast member with this premier organization. As marching arts instructor and choreographer, Ja’Malh has worked with groups in Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Texas.

In winter 2022, Ja’Malh taught at Northmont High School, both Onyx color guards, and Nomad Indoor. In summer 2023, will go on tour with the Mandarins for his third season. In fall 2023, he will start a new position as Guard Caption Manager at Immaculata High School in Somerville, NJ.
